A delicious and easy-to-make recipe for honey soy glazed chicken skewers with grilled vegetables.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust the amount of honey to suit your taste.
