Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Texas toast
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 cups Mornay sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the slices of Texas toast in a single layer.
  3. Top each slice with sliced turkey breast.
  4. Pour the Mornay sauce evenly over the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Add 2 slices of bacon on each sandwich.
  7. Sprinkle paprika over the top for added flavor and color.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
