- 4 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the shredded turkey, followed by half of the sauce, half of the mozzarella, half of the cheddar, and half of the tomatoes.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining turkey, sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, and tomatoes.
- Top with crumbled bacon and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
