Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Can add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
