Description

A delicious and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken in a hot honey balsamic glaze, served over creamy Alfredo pasta with whipped feta and crispy Brussels sprouts chips.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add hot honey and balsamic vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add chicken back to the skillet and coat with the glaze.
  5. In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Whip feta cheese with a fork until creamy.
  7. Serve pasta topped with Alfredo sauce, glazed chicken, whipped feta, and crispy Brussels chips.

  • Adjust the amount of hot honey based on your preferred spice level.
  • For extra crunch, bake the Brussels sprouts chips longer.
