- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the chicken tenders until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle hot honey over the tenders before serving.
