Instructions
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top, keeping it attached at the base.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
