- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Place the lobster tails in the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lobster tails and let them cool.
- Use kitchen scissors to cut the top of the shell to expose the meat.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Place the lobster tails meat side down in the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
