Instructions

- Gently pull the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.

- Brush the mixture onto the lobster meat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
