- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Blend strawberries and yogurt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl.
- Remove popsicles from molds and dip in chocolate.
- Place dipped popsicles on parchment paper.
- Freeze again until chocolate hardens.
