Delicious chocolate-covered strawberry truffles.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stuff each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
- Dip each stuffed strawberry in the melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper to set.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Keep truffles refrigerated until serving.
- You can add sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
