- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed nuts or breadcrumbs for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each cheese ball in crushed nuts or breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the cheese balls on a platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, vegetables, or as a snack.
