  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and water to form a batter.
  2. Add chopped vegetables, green chilies, turmeric, and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  4. Once they splutter, pour the batter into the pan.
  5. Cook on medium heat until the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
  7. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

  • Adjust the consistency of the batter with water.
  • Add any vegetables of your choice.
