Ingredients

- 2 cups of semolina
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1/2 cup of chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix semolina, yogurt, and water to form a batter.
- Add chopped vegetables, green chilies, turmeric, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Once they splutter, pour the batter into the pan.
- Cook on medium heat until the edges turn golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the consistency of the batter with water.
- Add any vegetables of your choice.
- Can be served with yogurt or pickles.
