A quick and easy Instant Pot recipe for beef and broccoli with a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs flank steak, sliced thinly
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the oil.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, cooking for 1 minute.
- Pour in soy sauce, honey, and beef broth, then mix well.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick-release the pressure and open the lid.
- Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
- Add broccoli and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for faster cooking.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- For crispier broccoli, steam separately and add at the end.
