A quick and easy recipe for making chicken and rice using an Instant Pot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to the sauté function. Add olive oil and chicken. Cook until browned.
- Add rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Seal the Instant Pot and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Once done, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use brown rice instead of white, but increase cooking time to 22 minutes.
- Add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
