- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth to the instant pot.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pot.
- Close the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Remove the chicken and shred or serve whole.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- For more flavor, marinate chicken before cooking.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
