A simple and delicious Instapot chicken recipe for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Set the Instapot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
- Brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Seal the lid and set the Instapot to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow for a natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken and serve.

- Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Leftover chicken can be used in salads or sandwiches.
