Ingredients

- 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cabbage, cheddar cheese, mashed potatoes, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
