Ingredients

- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix grated potato, flour, scallions, cheese, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form small patties with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
