Ingredients
- Potatoes – 2 cups, mashed
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Bacon – 1/2 cup, cooked and crumbled
- Green onions – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheese, bacon, green onions, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop the mixture and form small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
