Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (about 15 lbs)
- Stuffing – 4 cups
- Potatoes – 4 lbs

- Brussels sprouts – 1 lb

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

- Boil potatoes until tender and mash them.
- Steam the carrots and Brussels sprouts.
- Prepare gravy using turkey drippings.
