- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fruits or sprinkles for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create a glaze.
- Once the cake has cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.
- Top with fruits or sprinkles if desired.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter for extra flavor.
- For a layered dessert, bake the cake in two round pans and stack them with frosting in between.
