  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • Pickled peppers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brown the beef roast on all sides.
  4. Place the roast in a baking dish.
  5. In the skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  6. Add beef broth, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt to the skillet.
  7. Pour the mixture over the roast.
  8. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
  9. Shred the beef and serve on hoagie rolls.
  10. Add pickled peppers as desired.
