  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and shape into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Brown meatballs on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with pasta or crusty bread.
