- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced jalapenos, fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For extra heat, use fresh jalapenos.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
