A creamy and spicy dip made with jalapenos and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
- Adjust the level of jalapenos to control spiciness.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Garnish with additional green onions before serving.
