- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeno peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese and sausage mixture.
- Coat the top with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust the heat by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos.
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
