Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeno peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese and sausage mixture.
  5. Coat the top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos.
  • Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
