Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 4 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
