Description
A festive and colorful jello poke cake perfect for 4th of July celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box of white cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 package of blue jello
- 1 package of strawberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 container of whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the cake mix according to box instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
- Dissolve blue jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour blue jello over the cake, filling the holes.
- Repeat with strawberry jello.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Spread whipped topping over the cake.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to poke holes for better jello distribution.
- Chill the cake overnight for best flavor.
- Feel free to use different flavors of jello.
