Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package of blue jello
  • 1 package of strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Fresh blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to box instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  6. Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
  7. Dissolve blue jello in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water.
  8. Pour blue jello over the cake, filling the holes.
  9. Repeat with strawberry jello.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  11. Spread whipped topping over the cake.
  12. Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
