Delicious jello poke cake cupcakes that are colorful and fun.
Ingredients

- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup of jello (any flavor)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Fill cupcake liners in a muffin tin with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely.
- Poke holes in each cupcake with a fork.
- Prepare the jello according to package instructions and pour over the poked cupcakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of jello.
- Allow cupcakes to absorb the jello for best results.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
