- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 container of whipped topping

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using eggs and water.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Use a fork to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
- In a bowl, mix jello with boiling water until dissolved, then stir in cold water.
- Pour the jello mixture over the cake, ensuring it fills the holes.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped topping before serving and garnish with fruit if desired.
