Description

Juicy chicken fillets paired with oven-baked tomatoes and creamy burrata make a delicious and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and top with burrata.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
