Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until soft.

- Slowly pour in chicken broth while stirring.
- Add heavy cream and mustard, mix well.
- Cook sausages separately until browned.
- Place sausages in the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
