Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve with pita bread, sliced vegetables, and tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them to prevent burning.
- Serve with a side of Greek salad for a complete meal.
