- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour chicken broth around it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Use fresh lemon juice for best results.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
