Ingredients

- 500g ground lamb or beef
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Divide mixture into equal portions.
- Shape each portion around skewers into long cylinders.
- Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with flatbread and yogurt sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes for easier shaping.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
