A delicious ribeye steak served with crispy truffle parmesan fries.


Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye steak (12 oz)
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread fries on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. Heat skillet on high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  5. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. Add butter and baste steak for extra flavor.
  7. Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Toss fries with truffle oil and parmesan.
  9. Serve steak with fries.
