Description
A delicious ribeye steak served with crispy truffle parmesan fries.
Ingredients

- 1 ribeye steak (12 oz)
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Heat skillet on high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and baste steak for extra flavor.
- Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Toss fries with truffle oil and parmesan.
- Serve steak with fries.
