Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, cumin, and chili powder. Cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice and salsa. Mix well.
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding.
- Spoon beef mixture onto tortillas, top with cheese.
- Fold tortillas into burritos.
- Serve immediately or grill for extra crispiness.
