Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, salt, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry the kale for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy and slightly golden.
  6. Carefully remove the kale chips from the air fryer and let them cool on a plate. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
