Ingredients

- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a julep cup or glass, muddle 4-5 fresh mint leaves with the simple syrup to release the mint oils.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice.
- Pour the bourbon over the ice and stir gently to combine.
- Top off with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
