- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream for an extra treat.
