- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow them out.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
