Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
- Allow to cool before serving.
