Instructions
- In a blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer the mousse to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream or berries if desired.
