Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined. If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
