  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined. If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
