- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and spinach.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
