Ingredients
- Almond flour – 2 cups
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
- Erythritol – 3/4 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Eggs – 3 large
- Coconut oil – 1/2 cup, melted
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Green food coloring – a few drops
- Heavy cream – 1 cup
- Powdered erythritol – 1/4 cup (for whipped cream)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in green food coloring until desired color is reached.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and whip heavy cream with powdered erythritol.
- Serve dessert topped with whipped cream.
