A flavorful grilled chicken dish inspired by the tropical flavors of Key West.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- Serve with rice and black beans for a complete meal.
