Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
