- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Mix in green beans, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until beans are tender.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
