Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to create fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the fries are baking, prepare the dip by mixing together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
